From stranded to sorted, one call at a time.
Set up your membership once. If something goes wrong on a trip, a real person takes over your case and stays with it until you're safe and moving again.
When you call
Every case gets one record that follows it from first call to last receipt, so whoever picks up next already knows your story.
Reach us from any phone
Borrow a phone or a computer. Call our 24/7 line or open the help page. A real person answers, day or night.
We confirm it's really you
Your emergency PIN and security questions, checked in seconds. No code to a phone you no longer have.
You choose, we book
We find a ride, a room or a flight, read you the options and book the one you approve. You pay nothing until you say yes.
Your people stay informed
We update the emergency contacts you picked, so nobody at home is left guessing.
A few minutes of setup before you go
Everything we need to help you later, when you may have nothing but a borrowed phone.
A main card and a backup
Saved securely with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see the full number.
Your emergency contacts
The people we update, and who can approve a payment if your cards don't work.
An emergency PIN and two questions
How you prove it's you without your phone. Stored scrambled, never readable.
Copies of your documents
Passport and IDs in an encrypted vault, for the day the originals are gone.
Your trips
Where you're going and when, so we already know the basics when you call.
How paying works
The same four moves for every booking, and you control the first one.
- 1
You approve
We read you the exact price, including our fee. Nothing happens without your yes.
- 2
We place a hold
A temporary hold on your saved card for that amount plus a small, disclosed cushion.
- 3
We book
We pay the hotel, airline or ride company directly, so you don't need cash or a card.
- 4
You pay the final amount
We charge what it really cost and release the rest. If booking fails, the full hold is released.
Lost your ID too?
Many hotels won't check in a guest without ID. So before we book, we call the hotel, explain that EEE is prepaying and that a copy of your passport may be available, and ask exactly what they need at the desk. We only book once they confirm, and the room is in your name.
