Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what EEE (Emergency Engagement Enterprises), operated by Jose Luis Reyna, collects, why, and how it is protected. Questions: info@eee911.com.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number, member number, and the security details you choose (stored only in scrambled, unreadable form).
- Emergency contacts you give us: names, emails and phone numbers.
- Travel details: trips you tell us about and, in an emergency, your location and what you need.
- Payment details, handled by our payment processor Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Travel documents you choose to upload. They are encrypted, opened only during an emergency with a supervisor's approval, and every access is recorded and shown to you.
- Records of each emergency case: calls, bookings, approvals and payments.
How we use it
- to provide the membership and help you in an emergency;
- to confirm it is really you before we act or spend money;
- to book travel for you and charge you for it, with your approval;
- to send you and your emergency contacts updates by email and text message;
- to keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only:
- with travel suppliers, only what is needed for your booking;
- with your emergency contacts, as you set up;
- with companies that run parts of our service (payments, email and text delivery, secure hosting) under contracts limiting their use;
- when the law requires it.
Text messages: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Account information while you are a member; case and payment records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time and we delete what the law allows.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information: info@eee911.com.
