What travel costs when we book it
You pay what the hotel, airline or ride company charges, plus our service fee of 15% (at least $20). We tell you the total before anything is booked.
To book, we place a temporary hold on your saved card for the total plus 15% (at least $20), in case the price or exchange rate moves a little. You're charged the final amount and the rest is released. Holds last about 5 days, so a longer emergency may need a new hold for each booking.
